As Assistant Director of Nursing, Melissa Sanclemente, RN works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing to oversee Bethany’s Nursing Department.

Her nursing career started as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Bethany Health Care Center in 2008, progressing to a 3-11 Nurse, Unit Manager and then Supervisor until she assumed her role as Assistant Director of Nursing.

What Melissa finds most rewarding as part of the Bethany team is making a difference in the lives of the women who call Bethany home.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys gardening, beach combing, summer trips to the Cape and spending time with her family.
