Jim Argir is the Director of Operations at Bethany Health Care Center, and is responsible for the oversight of all facility operations. Before joining the Bethany team, Jim worked as a General Manager for Marriott and then Sodexo for 25 years–serving 19 of those years at Bethany Health Care Center. Jim’s prior experience includes serving as General Manager of MetroWest Medical Center’s two campuses and as a third grade teacher in Medfield, MA.

Jim is a graduate of Framingham State University, with a major in Elementary Education and a double minor in Business and Economics. He lives in Holliston with his wife Michele. Jim has two children and two grandchildren, whom he adores. He loves spending time with all of them.

Jim is active outdoors as an avid boater and hunter and enjoys playing softball and volleyball with friends. Snowmobiling and skiing are favorite winter activities.
