As Assistant Director of Nursing, Melissa Sanclemente, RN works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing to oversee Bethany’s Nursing Department.

Her nursing career started as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Bethany Health Care Center in 2008, progressing to a 3-11 Nurse, Unit Manager and then Supervisor until she assumed her role as Assistant Director of Nursing.

What Melissa finds most rewarding as part of the Bethany team is making a difference in the lives of the elderly women who call Bethany home.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys gardening, beach combing, summer trips to the Cape and spending time with her family.
