As the Executive Director/Administrator for Bethany Health Care Center, Terry Hodge oversees all aspects of Bethany’s operations, from finances and facility management to regulatory compliance and resident care. She is committed to Bethany’s mission of providing the highest quality of compassionate health care to all of its residents.

Terry served as Bethany’s Director of Human Resources for 13 years prior to taking the role of Executive Director in 2024. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Boston College, Terry is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has a Certification in Human Resources.

What Terry finds most rewarding at Bethany Health Care Center is working with a caring and dedicated staff to bring hope, engagement, compassion and care into the lives of the women who call Bethany home. “It makes going to work each day something to look forward to!”
